BOND - A refundable bond of $500 - $1000 (depending on duration of stay and number of occupants) is required for all bookings. Alternatively, credit card details may be taken. The bond may be used to cover loss or damage or excessive costs of cleaning (if required), but if bond is insufficient, owners reserve the right to pursue additional amounts.
- A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking within one week of booking.
- Full payment (including bond) is required two weeks in advance of the arrival date.
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows, based on the number of days from the date of cancellation to the start of the booked period (at the owners' discretion):
